PULSE /HIIT Group Classes

Get Results In 90 Minutes/Week For Less Than $2 Per Day. These 30 minute classes are High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) involves repeated bouts of high- intensity effort followed by varied recovery times.

Class Options

    • 3x/ Week $50 per month
    • Unlimited Classes per week: $60 per month

Cross Training

Classes for those wanting Dynamic Cardio and Strength using Power and Olympic Weight Lifting techniques

Class Options

    • 3 classes per Week $100 per month
    • Unlimited Classes per month $120 per month

Kid's Class

Ages: 8 and Up

Focusing on functional fitness that improves overall strength, endurance, coordination, agility and provides many benefits for overall health
